When I returned to the small town where I lived as a kid, this slope brought back memories. I remember we kids used to love running up the slope and then rushing down it. Even though the games were simple like that, we could play them all day long without getting tired. I’ve always had the impression that this slope is quite long, and it’s a real thrill to rush down it. However, when I saw it again after so many years, I realised, ah, it isn’t that long after all.

The afternoon sun was intense; the chirping birds must have felt it too; I was getting a little tired myself soon.

(Earlier in the day, I captured a kid sitting on the slope)
Train ticket (I’d travelled back by train for the first time)
(After the train, I got on a bus for “tourists”. Here is famous for its lake)
(Nobody recognises me, and I don’t recognise anyone either)
(I don’t know how long ago those buildings were raised; my hometown has changed)
